I drank the kool-aid and started training at Crossfit South Brooklyn in November 2010. Crossfitting is my main focus, but I rely heavily on Ross Enamait’s training materials when I’m on my own for conditioning and strength training. I also try to lift heavy weights, swim whenever I get the chance, and run when I absolutely have to.
Oh, and I sweat a lot.
