I’ve been training in traditional Hung Ga kung fu with Sifu Peter Berman at Yee’s Hung Ga Brooklyn since February 2002. My kung fu training is my main focus, but I rely heavily on Ross Enamait’s training materials when it comes to conditioning and strength training. I also borrow from crossfit regularly (I favor the shorter, more intense workouts), try to lift heavy weights, swim whenever I get the chance, and run when I absolutely have to.
I sweat a lot.
