Vale of Cashmere
After spending a good chunk of a beautiful Sunday in Prospect Park, I found a nice, secluded stairway by the Vale of Cashmere to sneak in a quick workout. There are seven levels on the stairs, each separated by a few steps. I set up each level as a work station and assigned a different exercise to that level. I ran up to the top, hitting 10 reps of every exercise at each level, then back down, hitting 10 more reps at every level.
- Burpees x 10 (bottom level)
- Squats x 10
- Jumping Jacks x 10
- V-ups x 10
- Box (Rock) Jumps x 10
- Pushups x 10
- Burpees x 10 (top level)
- Pushups x 10
- Box (Rock) Jumps x 10
- V-ups x 10
- Jumping Jacks x 10
- Squats x 10
- Burpees x 10 (bottom level)
Repeat 2x, for a total of 40 reps of every exercise except burpees (50).
