Kung Fu practice
Worked out some of my frustrations for missing the seminars with Sigung out in Washington Park. Ran through Tiet Sien Kuen on the fake grass and felt lousy connection on the rubbery turf. It was also unseasonably chilly and my mind wasn’t as focused as it should have been.
