Kung Fu class
Good class today. I warmed up the first crew and took them through some stance drills. Then Sifu took over and drilled everyone on a few hand techniques and ran us through some training drills. I ran through a forearm/wrist/hand training circuit after class:
- 150 reps tiger claw squeezing sandbags
- 10 reps wrist roller
- 10 reps of front wrist levering with 6’ (heavy) pole
- 10 reps of lateral wrist levering with 6’ (heavy) pole
Repeat 3x.
