Interval Running
The rain finally stopped for 5 seconds, so I headed to the track by the Red Hook ball fields after work.
- 6 x 400m run (1:14, 1:17, 1:20, 1:21, 1:22, 1:19)
Rest 3 min between sets. Used my trusty gymboss to keep track of my splits. I’m working on my pacing so I can set my trot better for slightly longer runs. My pace averaged at a little over 5:00 for a mile, which I won’t be able to keep up for something like 5k, but it was a good, tough workout.
