2.58 Mile Run
Since I’ve been feeling very inefficient and lead-footed, I’ve been watching some POSE running tutorials on YouTube. It doesn’t make me an expert, but I kept a few things in mind during tonight’s run down to the south slope. Finished 2.58 miles in 18:01, which averages out to a 6:58 pace. My stride felt noticeably better on hills and I felt like I was working with gravity rather than against it. I’ll keep experimenting with this and see how it goes.
