- 200m freestyle
- 50m breaststroke
- 150m freestyle
- 50m breaststroke
- 100m freestyle
- 50m breaststroke
- 50m freestyle
- 50m breaststroke
- 300m cool down
Total time: 30 minutes. Total distance: 1350m.
Working on my rhythym and total immersion technique today - trying to relax in the water and use a long efficient stroke (twss).
