Swim It Out

At the Chelsea Rec Center for a morning swim:

  • 350m warm up
  • 200m freestyle
  • 50m breaststroke
  • 150m freestyle
  • 50m breaststroke
  • 100m freestyle
  • 50m breaststroke
  • 50m freestyle
  • 50m breaststroke
  • 300m cool down

Total time: 30 minutes. Total distance: 1350m.

Working on my rhythym and total immersion technique today - trying to relax in the water and use a long efficient stroke (twss).
