Paleo challenge day 2 recap
- Breakfast: eggs, avocado, broccoli, nose carrots
- Snack: almonds & walnuts
- Lunch: roasted turkey, broccoli, squash, avocado
- Dinner: hard boiled egg, chicken, carrots, celery, broccoli
- Snack: all natural hotdog, part of an apple
During this challenge, I’ll be hitting the steam tables at Cafe Amande near my office when I don’t feel like a salad for lunch. They have this strange egg and avocado concoction that’s really tasty and makes a great topping. I grabbed some today because my morning avocado was really disappointing.
