Paleo challenge day 4 recap
- Dinner: grass-fed burger patty with some guac and salsa verde, brussels sprouts, baked sweet potatoes
- Snack: half an apple with some almond butter
Fasted until dinner since I went in for my baseline, pre-challenge blood work today. Had an official weigh-in and came in at 183lb.The doctor declared me fit as a fiddle, but I’m looking forward to the results of my blood panel. The snack was after my workout.
