Paleo challenge day 8 recap
- Breakfast: egg, leftover steak, everyday paleo’s apple muffins, bok choy
- Snack: Larabar
- Lunch: spinach salad with grilled chicken and stuff
- Dinner: spaghetti squash with turkey meat sauce, broccoli, grapes, cashews, more damn muffins, half an apple
I normally fast on Mondays, but just wasn’t feeling it today.
