- Pullups
Repeat 5x for max reps.
Total score = 148 (12, 10, 7, 6, 8 / 28, 25, 17, 17, 18). +13 improvement from last time. Did way better on the pullups and way worse on the bench press. Probably because I had Frank to compete with on the pullups and haven’t been working the bench press at all recently. Also got the famous He-Man bloat again.
