Lunch Break Workout
What do you do when you’re stuck in jury duty, are fasting, and have a long lunch hour with nothing to do? Pullups and pushups!
- Repeat 3x:
- 10 Pullups
- 10 Chinups
- Repeat 3x:
- 10 Pushups (incline)
- 10 Pushups (decline)
Not for time, friend. Low sweat index, but I feel bad for the other jurors sitting next to me after lunch.
