Paleo challenge day 16 recap
- Breakfast: eggs, mexican beef
- Snack: almonds and walnuts, Larabar
- Lunch: salad with turkey and stuff
- Snack: cashews and nose carrots
- Dinner: chicken teriyaki and mixed vegetables, apple
I’ve been really tired lately and am trying to get better sleep. No complaints about the food though! Weigh-in: 187lb.
