Paleo challenge day 16 recap

  • Breakfast: eggs, mexican beef
  • Snack: almonds and walnuts, Larabar
  • Lunch: salad with turkey and stuff
  • Snack: cashews and nose carrots
  • Dinner: chicken teriyaki and mixed vegetables, apple

I’ve been really tired lately and am trying to get better sleep. No complaints about the food though! Weigh-in: 187lb.
