Paleo Check-In, Day 10

  • Breakfast: 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil, 1/2 avocado, .25lb turkey breast, Chinese broccoli
  • Snack: Larabar, banana
  • Lunch: Spinach salad with grilled chicken and junk
  • Snack: Larabar, mixed nuts
  • Dinner: Chicken, Chinese broccoli, yams (yam power), Almond Breeze
  • Dessert: Apple w/almond butter, Almond Breeze + frozen strawberries + unsweetened cocnut smoothie (untasty)

Grabbed some Almond Breeze on the way home from my swim in hopes it would help curb my milk cravings. No such luck. I’m feeling great in general though - not missing the grains or sugar at all.
