Paleo challenge day 17 recap

  • Breakfast: eggs, mexican beef, Larabar
  • Lunch: fresh turkey, asparagus, carrots, avocado
  • Snack: Larabar
  • Dinner: rotisserie chicken, guacamole, spinach, plantains, apple

I don’t find myself missing or craving anything at all, which is sort of unexpected. I really look forward to my daily apple though - maybe because I have a bunch of nice honeycrisps from the farmer’s market. Two Larabars in one day though? Aye, yi yi. Nothing else was handy and I was hungry. Weigh-in: 186lb.
