Paleo challenge day 20 recap

  • Breakfast: eggs, avocado, Larabar
  • Snack: cashews
  • Lunch: rotisserie chicken, broccoli, sweet potato
  • Dinner: mexican beef, salad, sweet potato, apple

Good day for eating - I crammed a ton of broccoli in my face with lunch and felt really full all day. 2/3rds of the way there! Weigh-in: 180lb.
