Paleo challenge day 20 recap
- Breakfast: eggs, avocado, Larabar
- Snack: cashews
- Lunch: rotisserie chicken, broccoli, sweet potato
- Dinner: mexican beef, salad, sweet potato, apple
Good day for eating - I crammed a ton of broccoli in my face with lunch and felt really full all day. 2/3rds of the way there! Weigh-in: 180lb.
