Paleo Check-In, Day 15

  • Morning snack: Larabar, tangerine, plum, nectarine
  • Breakfast: Incorrectly cooked omelet with peppers and sausage
  • Lunch: Vension skewers, chicken on the grill, salad
  • Snack: Larabar
  • Dinner: Fried chicken, kale, root mash
  • Snack: Larabar

Today was the half way point so it’s only natural to reflect on how I feel about the Paleo lifestyle. So far I don’t feel any different - I feel just as invincible as I did before I started. The only thing that’s changed is that I’m hungry almost all the time. Hungry right after meals. Hungry before bed. Hungry when I wake up. Not so fun.
