Paleo challenge day 21 recap
- Breakfast: cashews, Larabar
- Snack: another Larabar, some fresh turkey, broccoli
- Lunch: chicken fajita salad, apple
- Dinner: mexican beef, eggs, broccoli, sweet potato, apple
No candy for me this Halloween. Weekends are always tricky to try to get real meals in so I generally eat what I can when I can. If I’m oot and aboot sometimes I’ll resort to eating Larabars. Sue me. Weigh-in: 184lb.
And in case you’re wondering (apparently some people are), I only drink water. Sometimes if I’m feeling CRAZY I’ll sip a coconut water after a workout or have a cup of green tea at the office, but that’s it.
