Paleo Check-In, Day 17
- Breakfast: Whipped yams (yam power), omelet with peppers, onions, broccoli, and sausage
- Snack: nut mixture
- Lunch: Beef w/broccoli
- Snack: nut mixture
- Dinner: Eggplant and vegetable Thai dish, spring roll
- Snack: Apple w/almond butter, fig & almond thing
Hey, I didn’t feel hungry at all today! I ate more than usual and made sure I included lots of fat. I know the spring roll shouldn’t have been allowed, but I’m not broken up about it - it had a very thin wrapper.
