Paleo challenge day 23 recap
- Breakfast: eggs, mexican beef, asparagus
- Snack: walnuts and almonds, apple
- Lunch: beef skewers, brussels sprouts, avocado goop from 4food
- Snack: 2 Larabars
- Dinner: chicken sausage, broccoli, cashews, sweet potato, grapes, deli turkey, apple
My office had a pizza tasting in the conference room today. Needless to say I didn’t partake. Ate both larabars in my drawer because the hunger was on me. That lunch just wasn’t filling enough. Weigh-in: 185lb.
