Paleo Check-In, Day 18
- Breakfast: 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil, .25lb turkey breast, broccoli
- Snack: nut mixture, leetle bit of fruit salad, Larabar
- Lunch: Spinach salad w/grilled chicken and stuff
- Snack: nut mixture
- Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, yams (yam power)
- Snack: Grapes, watermelon
Felt great today - not hungry at all. I have zero craving for any grains, sugars, or anything.
