Paleo Check-In, Day 18

  • Breakfast: 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil, .25lb turkey breast, broccoli
  • Snack: nut mixture, leetle bit of fruit salad, Larabar
  • Lunch: Spinach salad w/grilled chicken and stuff
  • Snack: nut mixture
  • Dinner: Chicken, broccoli, yams (yam power)
  • Snack: Grapes, watermelon

Felt great today - not hungry at all. I have zero craving for any grains, sugars, or anything.
