Paleo challenge day 28 recap

  • Breakfast: cashews, Larabar
  • Second Breakfast: eggs, mexican turkey beef, turkey sausage
  • Lunch: chicken, asparagus
  • Dinner: roast turkey, cashews, grapes

Weekends are always a shitshow in terms of planning and sitting down to eat, but I did alright today. Weigh-in: 184lb.
