Warmed up with three rounds of Cindy and then some light back squats (worked up to 3 x 5 x 225lb). Then the max effort:

- 3 x 165lb
- 3 x 185lb
- 1 x 195lb *FAIL*
- 1 x 195lb (PR)
- 1 x 200lb *FAIL*
I hate failing. I like PRs.
