Quick Shoulder Circuit

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of the following:

  • Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95lb)
  • Knuckle Pushups
  • DB Swings (65lb)

Total time: 7:32. This blasted my shoulders, which were already fatigued from the push presses. Did pushups on my knuckles because my wrist still hurts when I flex it.
