Large Annie
Similar to Crossfit’s Annie WOD, but with a bit more volume:
- 100 Double Unders
- 50 Situps
Repeat 4x
Total time: 15:55. I don’t think this is a braggable time, but I modified the workout on the fly. I was originally planning on doing 1,000 double unders for time, but after the first 100, my shoulders said “fuck that.” I’ll try that one in the future, but when my shoulders are fresher.
