CFSB Day 1
I finally took the plunge and signed up at Crossfit South Brooklyn. My baby-centric schedule is just not leaving much time for working out and as a result my consistency, motivation, and performance have all suffered. The plan is to hit the 6am class at CFSB Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and to get in a class one day on the weekends as well.
Started with some light rope skipping and mobility work, then onto today’s WOD:
- 5 x 250m Row
- 48.4 sec (31 s/m)
- 49.1 sec (29 s/m)
- 47.9 sec (31 s/m)
- 48.2 sec (33 s/m)
- 48.6 sec (25 s/m)
Rested ~4 min between sets.
Started with a quarter pull/half pull lead beginning in round 3. I’m a rowing newb.
Weigh-in: 178lb
