CFSB Day 4

Warmed up on the rower today. 3 minutes of 10 easy strokes, 10 hard strokes, maintaining 20 strokes/min. Then we did some mobility work and clean practice with the empty bar. Today’s strength focus was to work up to a heavy single:

Power Cleans

  • 1 x 150lb
  • 1 x 185lb *FAIL*
  • 1 x 185lb
  • 1 x 185lb *FAIL*

I fucked something in my arm on my first failed attempt, so I knocked the weight down to 95 after 4 sets and focused on form for the duration. Something was really off today since I easily cleaned much more about 2 months ago. I’ll get em next time.

Then we did a very brief, intense WOD. 21, 15, 9 of the following:

  • Burpees
  • Box Jumps

Time: 3:42. My box jumps really do need work. I just can’t get in the groove.
