Kung Fu practice
I helped coach the guys during sparring tonight, but I didn’t join in the fun myself. A bunch of my Sihings and I took some pics for the new and improved web site I’m working on, so I had some practice holding poses while waiting for the shutter to snap. Also worked on a little bit of Fu Hok Sueng Ying Kuen.
