CFSB Day 10

Nice low-intensity tabata row to start and then some hip/hamstring DROMS, which I really needed.

  • 15 Power Clean (135lb)
  • 5 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Power Clean (135lb)
  • 10 Handstand Pushups
  • 5 Power Clean (135lb)
  • 15 Handstand Pushups

Time: 15:17. Not a fast time, but it’s because I made sure to take my time on the power cleans because of last week’s shitshow. I need to make sure I’m doing these correctly and safely before I ramp up the intensity. Got some really helpful coaching from Dave beforehand and focused on setting my back for each rep and pulling slowly to the high hang position before exploding. What really slowed me down though were the HSPUs. I used to have em, but they done dried up on me! Ended up using 1 abmat to decrease the ROM until the last 6 reps when I had to go to 2. Total shoulder fatigue, fella.
