Sweatsy, Week 7

My fellow Sweatsy brethren missed out on the joy that is Memorial Day Murph, so we scheduled a half-Murph for today and hit the scaffolding outside of Bubby’s. 

  • Run .5 mile
  • 50 Pullups
  • 100 Pushups
  • 150 Squats
  • Run .5 mile

Time: 17:18. Same partitioning strategy as my full Murph on Monday - 5 pushups / 5 pullups / 5 pushups / 15 squats, but I was able to move much faster today. Very short breaks here and there but I mostly kept moving. First run was accidentally a bit longer than a half mile, but the runs felt fine overall. Second run was slower, as expected. Great turnout today and good energy throughout. That’s 1.5 Murphs for me this week, which is plenty.
