CFSB Day 216

6am with coach DO. Warmed up with some lax balling on the meat channel by the scapula, then went into DROMs and an abbreviated version of warmup B: 2 rounds of 20 KB Swings (16kg), 20 hollow rocks, 10 pushups.

Bench Press:

  • 2 x 205lb
  • 1 x 225lb
  • 1 x 245lb
  • 1 x 260lb
  • 1 x 270lb *FAIL*
  • 1 x 270lb *FAIL*

Man, fuck that. My pressing strength has really gone away. Gotta get it back.

WOD - 21, 15, 9:

  • Deadlifts (225lb)
  • Pullups

Time: 4:38. This one really fried the grip. I figured I’d finish under 4 min, but I had to really break everything up in the last two setsĀ (5/5/5, 3/3/3) because my grip was so fatigued.
