Current Goals
I recently posted a link about staying motivated and the value of setting specific goals. So I decided to post my short-term training goals for the next 60 days.
One arm Chinup (both arms)(accomplished 5/1/08)- 100 Burpees in under 6 min
70lb Turkish Get Up(accomplished 3/29/08)- 45 second L-sit
I’ll take a crack at these goals as my schedule permits and track my progress. Once these are met, I’ll make them tougher.
