- Complex Pair - repeat 4x (Rest 60 sec between B & C and D & A)
- Side-to-side Pullups x 4/side
- Explosive Pullups x 8
- Lumberjack Squat x 8 (50lb, 75lb, 75lb, 75lb, 75lb)
- Knee Tucks x 10
- Finisher: Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
- 3 x 15 x 95lb
