Integrated Circuit Training

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Med ball slams

Repeat 10x

Total time: 10:05. I’m chuffed at that time, though I don’t think it’s fair to assume I spent 5 minutes on each exercise…I plowed through those med ball slams like they’re nothing (using a 16lb ball). Still pleased with the time.
