- Burpees x 30 secs
- Mountain Climbers x 30 secs
- Jumping Jacks x 30 secs
- Burps x 30 secs
- Split Jumps x 30 secs
- Grasshoppers x 30 secs
Repeat 4x, resting 30 sec between circuits.
Short on time today, so stuck with only 4 circuits. These minute drills are never easy, but I would have liked to do 5 or 6 trips through.
