Make up post from Friday morning. 6am with coach Nick. Warmed up with DROMs and loads of barbell drills to prep for the snatch.

Time: 12:27. Damn, this was just awful. I expected to finish in around 8 min, then I saw the scores on the board and knew it would be worse than I thought. My technique for the snatches wasn’t great, so it totally smoked my shoulders, which made the burpees harder than they should have been. This was rough.
