Sweatsy Week 16

The rain held up so we finally got to take on the hill by the Brooklyn Bridge today.

  • 10 Plyometric pushups
  • ~30m Hill sprint
  • 10 Knee tucks
  • Jog down to start

AMRAP 10 min

Score: 8 rounds + 8 pushups. The first few rounds were under a minute, but then the damn pushups started to break down, though I was able to keep the clapping pushups throughout I had to break em up into 3/3/4 after round 5. Tim was nipping at my heels the whole time and passed me, but I cranked out a few more pushups on the last set. I’m just happy I was able to do this one since my hamstring has been feeling tweaked all week. Didn’t bother me during the workout though.
