6am with coach Jess. My goddamn left hamstring was feeling tight as hell during DROMs, so I spent a lot of extra time lax balling and stretching it out before going into a light workout.
- 5 x High bar back squat (135lb)
- 5 Handstand pushups
Felt alright by the end, but there was no way I could do any serious work today. Did get some good tips from Fox on positioning for the HPSU - I wasn’t pushing my head through at the top of the movement (like on a barbell press). That correction made a big difference. Cooled down with some light rope skipping.
