Pushing and Pulling
I was frustrated that I wasn’t up to competing at the CF subway series today, so headed to the Y to move a little weight when I got the chance.
- Repeat 3x:
- 1 Arm DB Bench Press - 5 x 80lb, 5 x 90lb, 3 x 100lb
- 1 Arm DB Row - 5 x 80lb, 5 x 90lb, 5 x 100lb
- Repeat 3x:
- 10 Back Extensions
- 10 Toes to bar (strict)
Felt pretty good. Didn’t want to go too crazy since I’m still not 100%.
