Easy Lifting

At the Y, still easing back into things but trying get some sweat flowing.

Overhead Press:

  • 5 x 95lb
  • 3 x 115lb
  • 3 x 135lb
  • 2 x 155lb
  • 1 x 165lb
  • 1 x 165lb

Repeat 5x:

  • 5 x Front Squats (135lb)
  • 10 x Dips

Nice and easy. Still feeling tight in the hamstring, but I didn’t have any pain. I think I’m ready to jump back into crush week at CFSB.
