CFSB Day 234
6am class with coaches Jess and McD. Some foam rolling love on the back, lats, and legs, then we warmed up and prepped for Tabata fun.
Tabata Something Else:
- Pullups (12, 10, 10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8)
- Pushups (12, 12, 10, 9, 7, 7, 7, 7)
- Situps (10, 9, 12, 11, 10, 10, 10, 10)
- Squats (16, 15, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10)
Total: 320. I had to scale back on the squats due to nagging discomfort in the hip/hamstring, but I have no excuse for such a shitty pushup score. Pullups felt pretty good but it would’ve been nice to nail 10 for the last 3 sets.
