I wanted to run some sprints on the turf field but didn’t feel up to it after warming up and testing out a few sub-maximal runs. Oddly, box jumps didn’t bother my hip, so I set up a circuit on a stone wall around 24 inches high:
- Box Jumps x 30 sec (21, 22, 20, 18, 21, 22, 21, 18)
- Decline Pushups x 30 sec (21, 22, 18, 15, 15, 18, 16, 15)
Repeat 8x, resting 30 sec between rounds.
I tried to start strong (not all-out) and maintain my pace in each round. Things got tricky with the pushups once fatigue set in but I was able to keep the box jumps up pretty well.
