CFSB Day 235

6am group class with El Hefe, DO. We did some lax balling on the glutes and hamstrings, then some barbell mashing on the calves before doing a quick little warmup: 2x of 7 salutation squats, 1:00 plank, 7 ring rows.

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

  • 1 Deadlift (225lb)
  • 30 Double Unders

Rx for the deadlift was 305, but I was being cautious with my tender little hamstring. The good news is that everything felt fine throughout the workout. Finished the DUs before the 30 sec mark every round, so I probably should have done more. Felt pretty well cooked by the end of this though!
