Sprint Intervals

Ran some Easter sprints at the Huntington High School track:

  • 6 x 100m sprint (jog back to start)
  • 12 x 50m sprint (walk back to start)
Good workout. With warmup, cooldown, and stretching I was at the track for about a half hour.
