10am class with coaches Fox and MeLo. Warmed up with a jog around the block, some foam rolling on the gams, and then 2x: 20 reverse lunges, 20 situps. Then we warmed up the old bench press for this bastard:
- 12 Bench Press (185lb)
- Row 500m (1:33.5, 1:42.6, 1:45.5)
Oh my dayum. We scored this by calculating total weight moved (ie 185 x 12 = 2220) and total time on the erg. I only got 11 reps for my last set of bench so I get no credit for that set. Total lbs = 4440. I gassed out hard on the second row and just felt like shit after that. This workout just left me totally wrecked and it was mainly from the rowing. I welcome backoff week wholeheartedly, which starts tomorrow.
