- Burpees x 30 sec
- Jumping Jacks x 30 sec
- Split Jumps x 30 sec
- Burpees x 30 sec
- Jumping Jacks x 30 sec
- Pushups / Squats x 30 sec (alternate each round)
Repeat 4x, resting 1 min between rounds (pushups on rounds 1 & 3, squats on 2 & 4).
Repeat 4x, resting 1 min between rounds (pushups on rounds 1 & 3, squats on 2 & 4).
