CFSB Day 240
Another day, another 6am class with coach J Fox. After basic DROMs and some hip openers, we ran through a warmup of 3x: run 270m, 5 inchworms, :45 hollow hold. I spent a little more time opening up the hips in preparation for today’s squats after that.
Box Squats:
- 5 x 135lb
- 3 x 225lb
- 2 x 255lb
- 1 x 275lb
- 1 x 295lb
- 8 x 235lb*
Felt good at 295 today. I belted up since I wasn’t feeling very stable and it definitely helped. The last set wasn’t exactly a rep-out, but we were supposed to do 5-12 reps at 80% and 8 felt right.

Score: 3 rounds + 250m run. Disappointingly slow on the runs, wall balls were easy peasy except for all the sweat and rain making the ball slippery. Today’s sweat index was tainted by the rain, so we’ll call it a 7.
