Interval Challenge
Since it was such a lovely spring day, I decided to head outside and do the good old Interval Challenge:
- 12 Burpees
- 24 Pushups
- 36 Bodyweight Squats
- 400m Run
Repeat 4x
I powered through this but was unchuffed to see that the timer froze…so I have no idea what my time was. My benchmark for this was around 19 minutes and I feel like I murdered that today. I guess I’ll never know for sure.
