Kung Fu class
Worked primarily on forms today - Gung Ji and Fu Hok. After running through the entire form, I concentrated on the ten tigers section and ran though it 10 times. Then went into some forearm/shin conditioning:
- 6 min tiger claw squeezing sand bag
- 6 min three star with wooden post
- 6 min toe taps
- 6 min rolling stick on the shinsÂ
