Repeat 5x for max reps.
Total score = 127 (16, 10, 7, 6, 4 / 21, 18, 16, 15, 14). Damn, my worst performance yet on this one. The pullups just felt shitty from the first set and a couldn’t shake the fatigue from my arms/chest for the bench. Very disappointing overall.
